VACCINATION CHECK REQUIRED: As a City of Los Angeles-operated facility, the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery is subject to Municipal Code Section 200.123, which requires proof of full vaccination* or proof of negative COVID test taken in the past 72 hours** for entry.
All guests ages 12 and older will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination by presenting their original vaccination card, a photo/digital copy of their card (both sides), documentation of vaccination from a licensed healthcare provider, or an electronic vaccination card. Proof must also be verified with a valid form of I.D. (driver’s license, government issued I.D. card, school or work I.D. card, passport) for those visitors ages 18 and older. The name on the I.D. must match that on the vaccination record.
Guests ages 12 and older who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken no more than 72 hours prior to their visit.**
*Full Vaccination means having received a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine, at least two weeks prior to the date of entry. The vaccination record MUST include the full name, type of vaccination, and date the last dose was administered.
**Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test means a printed document, email or text message displayed on a phone, from a test provider or laboratory that shows results of a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or antigen COVID-19 test that either has Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or is operating per the Laboratory Developed Test requirements by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, that was conducted within 72 hours before entry into a Covered Location or City Facility. The printed document, email, or text message must include the person’s name, type of test performed, date of the test, and negative test result. (Amended by Ord. No. 187,455, Eff. 4/1/22.)

A hand-sanitizer station is available for all to use while onsite.
Capacity is limited and by appointment only to allow for greater social distancing.
Masks are available upon request while indoors.
